New renters
I wanted to give a huge shout out to Nico who assisted me and my roommate through the process of renting here at the beautiful ... wave. Nico was extremely professional, honest, answered our menu questions and made both of us feel so comfortable. You can tell he really careys and wanted us to have everything we needed. Amazing (10/10). Property is beautiful and location is top of the line. You can't get better with the amenities and everyone is always smiling and super friendly. Thank you again!! The staff
So far having moved in a week ago I’m in love with this building has taken me in and it feels like home. Joseph on the ... maintenance team has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond. Has been attentive and following up to make sure the repairs have worked. I feel heard and cared for. Nico downstairs has been so helpful and welcoming.
