No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and there are fees associated with reserving communal spaces.

There is no cost to touring our property - we'd love to show you around!

It's easy to make an appointment through our website, but we also do our best to accommodate walk-ins! 

You can apply directly through the Stadium Place website.

 The remainder of the security deposit, first month's rent, and any fees for rentable items.

We do require residents to have renters insurance with a minimum of $100k in general liability coverage. You can choose your own provider, or we can help you with coverage through our partnered company at move-in.

Utilities are not included in rent.

Prices are subject to change on a daily basis and are based on selected term and move in date, rent cannot be paid in advance 

3x monthly rent plus a forfeiture of deposit

Maintenance

Your home will be professionally cleaned and our maintenance team will address any issues. Following your move-in, you will conduct a walk through to confirm there are no outstanding repairs. 

You can submit a work order at any time through our resident portal.

Yes, we have an on-site maintenance team.

Our maintenance team is nationally recognized for its exceptional commitment to service and strives to address issues within 24 hours.

You do not have to be present, as long as you have provided our team permisson to enter your apartment.

If you are locked out outside of property, call the property phone number and follow the prompts for an after-hours maintenance emergency.

You are allowed to decorate the apartment without penalty, so long as you return the apartment to the same condition as move-in. Please refer to the lease for additional information.

By Car: From I-5, take exit 164A for Dearborn Street. Follow the signs for James Street toward the International District. Turn right onto 5th Avenue S, then left onto S Jackson Street, and right again onto Stadium Place S.
