The Emerald Awards is a prestigious event hosted annually by the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) to recognize excellence in the multi-family industry.
The team at Pillar Properties practices excellence every day with our shared commitment to exceptional service, we call it being Quietly Awesome.
Speaking of Quietly Awesome, Community Manager of the Year is a major category and we are bursting with pride for our property manager, Matt Stibbs for winning this award!
Stibbs has over eight years of property management experience and has worked with Pillar Properties for five years. His loyalty, drive and commitment to resident satisfaction make him a true asset to the Stadium Place community.
Stibbs attributes his success to his Stadium Place team and the support at Pillar Properties. "I owe it all to my team and my leadership," Stibbs said. "I am grateful and honored to receive this award."
Having the team together at the ceremony to share in the excitement and cheer on Stibbs as he took the stage made the evening even more special.
The Stadium Place team as well as the entire team at Pillar Properties are incredibly proud of Stibbs and congratulate him on this well deserved honor - his face says it all!
